It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… T-Pain?! Wiscansin University has become the epicenter for an alien outbreak that’s spread across the country and T-Pain is here to save the day! T-Pain has announced his Escape From Wiscansin Festival and Escape From Wiscansin: The Invasion live dates via a The Faculty-inspired video – PRESS HERE to watch.

The tour kicks off with his 2nd Annual Wiscansin Fest on June 10th (the eve of “T-Pain Day” in the state of Wisconsin) at The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee, WI (featuring performances by T-Pain, Chance The Rapper, Tobi Lou, and many more soon to be announced) and will continue to Detroit, Chicago, Denver, Washington, DC, New York, Boston, and Atlanta, with support from Tobi Lou. Tickets for the tour and festival are on sale April 14 at 10am local time at www.wiscansin.co.After T-Pain’s lyric “Put you in a mansion, somewhere in Wiscansin” from his 2008 hit “Can’t Believe It” went viral on Twitter in 2016, the fictitious Wiscansin University was born, complete with its own humorous merch and T-Pain as its dean. T-Pain named his 2022 tour “The Road to Wiscansin,” which culminated in the first annual sold-out Wiscansin Fest in 2022 and saw400k people tune into the official livestream, featuring performances by artists such as T-Pain, Lil Jon, Hannibal Burress, and more.

During T-Pain’s performance, state representative Kalan Haywood surprised him with a proclamation from Mayor Cavalier Johnson deeming June 11th “T-Pain Day” to be celebrated annually throughout the state.

Billy McFarland Says that Fyre Fest II ‘Is Finally Happening

If at first you don’t succeed, try again? That seems to be the mantra of Billy McFarland, the organizer of the infamous Fyre Fest music festival that spiraled into chaos and disaster, leaving thousands stranded in the Bahamas for a concert event that never materialized.

However, almost exactly six years to the date that the original Fyre Fest spiraled into disaster, McFarland seems to be ready to give it another go, tweeting his plans for Fyre Fest II and inviting fans to tell him why they should be invited.

Naturally, the responses were every bit as hilarious as expected with some respondents volunteering to bring food and water with others offering their therapy or DJ-ing services. One user gave the response: “Because I’m forklift certified.”

The first Fyre Fest, which was set to happen over two weekends (April 28–30 and May 5–7, 2017) had teased major headliners such as Ja Rule, Blink 182, and Lil Yachty with A-list celebrities such as Kendall Jenner promoting the event on their social media. However, no performances took place and McFarland ended up pleading guilty to two counts of wire fraud charges and serving just over four years of his original six year prison sentence.

While McFarland may be free and planning a comeback event, one thing is likely certain- the event will not be held in the Bahamas again. Aviation Chester Cooper, Bahamas Minister of Tourism, said that the Bahamas will not endorse or approve any event in associated with McFarland, stating that he “is considered to be a fugitive.”

Cardi B Announces as Headliner for Hot 97 Summer Jam 2023

Every year, Hot 97 does it big by throwing the biggest Summer Jam concert possible. Every year, they reel in the who’s who of the rap game. But this year serves as Hip-Hop’s 50th year anniversary, and the lineup is undoubtedly one for the books.

Announced today, this year’s Summer Jam will take place on June 4th at UBS Arena, with Cardi B as the headliner. With Cardi B being from the Bronx and Hot 97’s roots being in New York, it’s only right that the “Bodak Yellow” closes the show.

Fans that attended last year’s show at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey can be thrilled to know that weather will no longer be a factor. With Summer Jam going on their 29th year, the venue change to the beautiful UBS Arena in Long Island will definitely have concert-goers looking forward to the upgrade.

Besides Cardi B, other superstars performing include Ice Spice, Coi Leray, GloRilla, Lola Brooke, French Montana, Fivio Foreign, Lil TJay, and even a special set celebrating 50 Years of Hip Hop with The LOX.

During an interview with Ebro In The Morning today, Lola Brooke expresses her excitement. “This means everything to me,” Lola states. “This is a New York City artist’s dream. It’s so crazy because the first time I ever been to Summer Jam, I said I wasn’t coming back until I was on stage and I never came back.”

She added, “Since 2012, I never came back. It was hard though, I made it work.”

Lola Brooke isn’t the only artist who will be taking the Summer Jam stage for the first time, joining Ice Spice, Coi Leray, GloRilla, and Lil Tjay.

Tickets go on sale this Saturday, April 8th at 10am EST on Ticketmaster.

The forthcoming Afro Nation festival in Miami will feature the greatest in Afrobeats, dancehall, hip-hop, amapiano, and other Black-led musical genres, just like previous Afro Nation gatherings. Afro Nation Miami arrives at LoanDepot Park on May 27 and 28, 2023, headlined by Afrobeats royalty Burna Boy and WizKid and showcasing a potent array of performers from Africa, the Caribbean, and around the world.

The impressive lineup of Afro Nation Miami showcases the breadth and power of international Black music. Burgeoning Nigerian superstars Rema and Asake, dancehall icon Beenie Man, rising African sensations CKay, BNXN, and Black Sherif, French rapper Franglish, and many others are scheduled to perform at the inaugural Miami event. Afro Nation Miami delivers the Piano People stage, headlined by Major League DJZ and Uncle Waffles and featuring many more of the genre’s most intriguing artists, shining a special spotlight on the emergent genre of amapiano, born in South Africa. Run the Jewels Announces Multiple Nights of Shows In Chicago, NYC, ATL and LA to Celebrate 10-Year Anniversary

The renowned rap group Run the Jewels, consisting of Killer Mike from Atlanta and Brooklyn’s EL-P, has announced RTJX – Celebrating 10 Years of Run The Jewels, a series of anniversary live concerts to be held in New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles this fall.

Following the 10th anniversary of the duo’s self-titled debut, the group will play four gigs in each city, with a different set each night that draws from the band’s entire record. Along the road, there will be many special guests and surprises. It will be the band’s first significant concert since wrapping up their now-famous tour with Rage Against The Machine in 2022, which included five sold-out nights at Madison Square Garden, as well as their first and only run of club events in North America since the release of their album RTJ4 in 2020.

“It’s mind blowing to us that it’s been 10 years since we joined forces as RTJ. The best way we can think to celebrate is to get the whole family together and do what we love for the people who love us back. It’s going to be amazing, just like this entire ride has been, and we are grateful to get a chance to celebrate with our jewel runners this year and finally get back into clubs to destroy some stages for you. We’re doing 4 cities, 4 nights each, and 4 full albums worth of jams, many we have only performed a small handful of times during our whole existence. So on night one it’s RTJ1 in full plus many more songs from the other records, night two it’s RTJ2… etc. etc. We can’t wait to get out there and see you.“

– Jaime and Mike

Nike and Run The Jewels will collaborate to expand sports for a new generation starting next month. The skate community and its culture will be honored by the Nike SB Dunk Low and High “Run The Jewels.” The sneakers, which go on sale on April 20, are based on the cover art for the band’s most recent two albums. The High reimagines the cover from the 2020 album RTJ4, while The Low adopts the colors from the 2017 album Run The Jewels 3. The sneakers, which Killer Mike and El-P debuted at Mexico’s Corona Capital 2022, will be sold through neighborhood skate shops, Nike SNKRS, and a few other outlets.

“For the last few years, we’ve made some legendary moments happen in Queens. Sadly, due to logistical factors beyond our control, Rolling Loud will not return to New York in 2023. But don’t worry, this isn’t ‘goodbye,’ more like ‘see you later.’ We’ll be back in New York when the time is right. In the meantime, we invite all of our New York fans to meet us in Miami July 21-23 for our biggest, best festival of the year. Love you all! Rolling Loud forever!”

In addition to Miami, festivals are set for international locations like Germany, Portugal, and Thailand. Rolling Loud recently hosted hip-hop fans in Los Angeles.

Summer Smash Festival Announces Relocation to Seatgeek Stadium Near Chicago

The biggest hip-hop music festival in the Midwest, Summer Smash Festival, is pleased to announce that its three-day event will officially return to Chicagoland, Illinois, on Friday, June 23, through Sunday, June 25, this year.

After welcoming more than 90,000 visitors in total last summer, Summer Smash Festival—founded by two Chicago-based music powerhouses, concert promoter SPKRBX and next-generation media business Lyrical Lemonade—has developed into one of the biggest independent music festivals in the nation. The most coveted names in hip-hop music, including Grammy Award winners, chart-topping emcees, quickly-rising up-and-comers, and some of the best rappers from the local Chicago region, will once again be featured on the Summer Smash festival schedule.

Summer Smash is moving to SeatGeek Stadium this summer after spending the previous four years at Douglass Park on the west side of Chicago. Located roughly 30 minutes from downtown Chicago in nearby Bridgeview, Illinois, this world-class concert and sports facility offers luxurious accommodations with state-of-the-art facilities, top-of-the-live production capabilities, full-service fan experiences, and family-friendly recreational activities.

“Our Summer Smash team is thrilled to finally unveil our new location today. Douglass Park was a great launching pad for the festival, but our new home at SeatGeek Stadium will really help us expand and host more fans than ever before,” said Summer Smash Festival Director and SPKRBX Founder Berto Solorio. “Relocating to SeatGeek Stadium was a monumental opportunity.  From all facets of the fan experience including main stage viewing, food and drink, parking, transportation, and housing, attendees at Summer Smash 2023 will be able to see firsthand the incredible benefits this new location has to offer.”

The outdoor event series will include three performance stages in addition to two main stages, one of which will be housed inside the outdoor stadium with a capacity of more than 25,000 and the other of which will be specially built and situated on turf nearby. This larger venue offers more seating, food, and drink options, as well as area for dancing and exploring with other music fans, in addition to better production, sound, and lighting.

Stay tuned as more details surrounding this year’s event will be announced in the coming weeks, including the highly-anticipated 2023 music lineup.

The festival streets are getting spicy. The Rolling Loud team noticed Wireless Festival used content from Rolling Loud festivals to promote their own. In response, Rolling Loud hit social media with an invoice, billing them for “Video footage assistance for promotional use and for festival reviving.”

Ken Carson, Lil Durk, Playboi Carti, and Travis Scott are specifically mentioned in the invoice, and a glance at Wireless Fest’s social media accounts confirms the allegedly “stolen” material.

Wireless is accused of using video from Travis’ cameo appearance at Future’s Rolling Loud Miami 2022 performance in their TikTok and Tweet promoting Travis Scott’s upcoming performance. Lil Durk’s performance at Rolling Loud Miami 2022 is featured in videos for his future performance on IG Reel and TikTok.

Red Bull Dance Your Style, a multi-style street dance competition, is making its yearly comeback with its most ambitious U.S. line-up to yet. Eight regional qualifiers for the competition will be held in Memphis, Los Angeles, Tampa, Boston, Oakland, and for the first time ever, Denver, Baltimore, and Charlotte for the 2023 season, which falls in the 50th anniversary year of Hip-Hop. Red Bull Dance Your Style will highlight thriving dance scenes in all regions of the country as it spreads to new cities.

The all-styles dance competition, which will begin on March 25 in Memphis, will bring together the region’s top dancers in hip-hop, house, waacking, turfing, krumping, popping, and everything in between. Dancers will compete against one another in a bracket-style competition while performing to music that will vary from current songs to oldies but goodies in an effort to win the audience vote and move on to the next round. Red Bull Dance Your Style is all about enjoying the present because there is no jury, set choreography, or predetermined music.

The Red Bull Dance Your Style National Championships, which will take place on May 20 in the recently restored Morton Salt Factory, will be held in Chicago after eight regional qualifiers for the first time ever. The Midwest region has a rich dance history and has made immeasurable contributions to street dance, from Chicago footwork to Detroit jit. The local, tenacious dancing communities that continue to dance for pleasure rather than fame will be honored at the Red Bull Dance Your Style Chicago National Finals. In less than four months, 16 regional champions and runners-up will compete for the U.S. national championship title and the chance to play at the World Finals by winning the hearts of the public.

“Red Bull Dance Your Style is a space where you can witness amazing artistry from all over the globe. The dance community is filled with so many different voices and backgrounds, so it’s important to amplify all styles of dance that people might not be aware of,” says The Crown, winner of the 2022 U.S. Red Bull Dance Your Style National Final. “Each year, this competition offers an inside look at everything dance has to offer, and it’s an endless celebration of cultures entwining.”

Ahead of the launch of the 2023 competition, The Crown spoke with The Source about the 2023 circuit and preparing to enter the competition as the champion.

The Source: You won the 2022 Red Bull Dance Your Style USA Championship. Do you feel pressure to repeat as champ?

The Crown: It’s natural to feel pressure. We’re human, but I don’t necessarily feel any. Although winning a major competition like Red Bull Dance Your Style is a huge achievement, there is only one me, and I know that by being present and myself, I have no nerves. I’d rather be judged for being myself than for anything else. Also, there is so much more that the competition offers beyond “winning.” It gave me the opportunity to express myself fully and connect with a community of the world’s best dancers, many of whom are now lifelong friends. Impact is everything.

What makes this dance competition different from others you participated in?

Red Bull Dance Your Style is unlike any other competition, and not one you can necessarily plan for in advance because of the spontaneity aspect of it. You never know what the music will be, who you’re going up against, or what dance styles will be showcased, so you have to adapt every time and become one with the music. The audience also gets to decide the winner of each round, and they really read your vibe. That is why when I dance, I try not to force it. If I’m feeling myself and the music in the moment, the audience will feel me too.

For this upcoming season, there will be trips to Memphis, LA, Tampa and more. Is there a specific city you love to visit?

My love for art and dance has allowed me to travel to so many different places, from Chicago all the way to Johannesburg. This year, I am looking forward to visiting Los Angeles, which always seems like a fun time, and also Memphis and Oakland. They look like they’ll bring a true party essence. I’m always excited to experience the local dance culture, connect with the community there, and learn more about the scene!

Variations of dance are rooted in Hip-Hop. With this being the 50th year anniversary of Hip-Hop, what does the genre mean to you?

Culturally and spiritually, my dance style has deep roots in African culture, so hip-hop, along with West African culture, is what I was brought up on since birth. Therefore, my dance style definitely draws a lot from hip-hop. The genre and culture are very special to me. Hip-hop is arguably one of the most influential factors on pop culture, as it is present in everything we know today. Since its inception, it has built and connected communities and sparked social change around the world. It is also an important outlet for self-expression. Whether your craft is rapping, dancing, DJing, or graffiti, hip-hop invites people to be themselves.

In what ways do you keep yourself sharp on your dance skills?

As a teacher and choreographer, I dance and train daily and try to stay open-minded in my routine. On most days, I do lightweight conditioning and cardio to prepare my body and prevent injuries. I then dance to different types of music for 2-3 hours before starting classes for the day. Mental health is also very important. I have a ritual on competition days where I meditate and stretch to make sure that my mind is really in the zone. It’s important to be ready for any outcome, and it’s not easy being vulnerable, but what pushes me is the fact that maybe I could inspire somebody who was once like me. That’s what makes it all worth it. Otherwise, my art is for me, and if you don’t resonate with my art, that’s okay because this gift has always been for me. But if you do resonate and enjoy what I do, that means this gift is also meant for you.

Chicago will have a Clipse reunion, 2 Chainz, and a Chicago HipHop50 performance during the annual Hyde Park Summer Fest. The two-day festival that celebrates Chicago culture will also be headlined by Tobe Ngwigwe.

Clipse is set to perform “Grindin’” and “When the Last Time,” alongside other collaborations and fan favorites.

The festival will take place on June 17-18, 2023, at the Midway Plaisance Park in Hyde Park, bringing in additional performances by Robert Glasper, Jonathan McReynolds, Uncle Waffles, Terry Hunter, and more to be announced. The Chicago HipHop50 set will include Twista, Shawnna, Do Or Die, Crucial Conflict, and Vic Mensa.

“This is a huge win for Chicago and the music industry overall, especially since our city’s hip-hop influence is often overlooked and underestimated,” said Dave Jeff, co-producer of Hyde Park Summer Fest “With the return of Clipse for an exclusive performance, we’ll be able to celebrate a legendary duo alongside the fifty-year anniversary of hip-hop, a genre that Chicago has undoubtedly continued to play a leading role in growing and evolving.”

Hyde Park Summer Fest, a Black-owned, neighborhood-focused festival, has established itself as a mainstay in the south side of Chicago. It is renowned for supporting nearby small businesses and educational institutions as well as for boosting the local economy and creating jobs. The festival provided $75,000 to five local high schools in 2022, supported the participation of over 50 small local businesses, and generated close to 200 temporary jobs in the neighborhood. This year’s festival aims to outperform those successes.

“As a Black-owned festival, it’s important for us to create a welcoming, inclusive space for our neighbors and business owners to celebrate Chicago culture through music and food while honoring hip-hop’s impact on the world,” said Jonathan Swain, founder of Hyde Park Summer Fest. “This announcement is just the beginning of a long list of performers, artists, vendors and community partners that we’re teaming up with this year. There’s more to come, Chicago – get ready for a weekend you don’t want to miss.”

Pre-sale tickets are available now: Two-day general admission pre-sale tickets are $89, and two-day VIP pre-sale passes are $199.

Nick Cannon is on a run across the country for his Future Superstar Tour. The tour is a celebratory and empowering journey trek that highlights rising stars and provides keys to success for artists in every major Hip-Hop hub across America looking to become a superstar.

The tour launches in Los Angeles at the Wiltern theater, bringing in the likes of Amber Grimes, Datwon Thomas, and L.A. Reid for a panel discussion of what it takes to break into the industry and become a superstar. During the LA Stop, Zoe Osama was the first of 24 future superstars who received an award on tour. The award is a $5,000 cash prize, professional mentoring, and the opportunity to participate in that city’s performance.

“I feel like this is the stage in my life and my career, where I just want to connect with real ones and do stuff like this that actually benefits the community,” Cannon said about the run.

The tour will run through the entire month of March, touching Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and more. In an exclusive with The Source, Nick Cannon reveals the inspiration behind The Future Superstar tour, the artists joining him across the country, and his desire to continue to want to help the next generation. You can secure tickets to the Future Superstar tour here.

The Source: What sparked the idea for this Future Superstar Tour?

Nick Cannon: I was chopping it up about really creating opportunities for the next generation and really connecting with the community in a real way. There’s a lot of talk going on about what people in the industry should be doing for young people or how we should be passing on game, or how we should be bringing community together. I’m tired of talking, I’m just gonna do it. So that’s where that inspiration came from. But it was also taking a page from the old school days of Barry Gordy and Motown, where literally he would just put all his artists on a bus, from Stevie Wonder to the Temptations, and sent ’em to the hood. It was the process of saying, yo, if you really wanna make it, this is the work that you gotta put in from the artist’s perspective. But then from the fans’ perspective, it’s like, yo, you feel like you can really connect and relate with the artists because they came to you, and that’s really what we doing with Future Superstar.

Additionally, it’s that fan experience that our generation got a chance to witness with 106 and Park or The Scream Tour and understand that these are the right people. Because there’s so much content out there right now that we kind of got lost in it. We don’t know who the superstars are. Capturing that energy of “I’m excited about this person’s journey,” you don’t really even get to see that no more. So I’m excited to be able to hopefully reintroduce that process to this generation.

A lot of people know that you put on talent. You never want to ball hog the spotlight or give someone an extra boost in their life. What attracted you to the artist that you’re bringing on this tour?

Man, I’m a fan of all of them, to be honest. I kind of keep my ear to the streets in a real way. We have Symba and he’s everywhere. Even Dr. Dre is calling on him his favorite rapper, and to know that this is a young dude that’s holding it down for the hip-hop culture, for the rap culture, a real rapper like that would just step up to any mic and give you an ill 16 full of punch lines. I was a fan and then we connected. But then, at the same time, we got artists that are even outside the hip-hop genre, like Pop Money. We got the female hip-hop artists that are doing big things like Big Boss Vette with the “Pretty Girl Walk” movement and Klondike Blonde. These are people really just been putting in the work for so long and now this is the opportunity to show the entire world that they are superstars.

We know it’s genuine for you to put on these artists, but what does that actually feel like resonating in your spirit?

Yeah, man, it’s purpose. It truly is the reason why God has given me these opportunities. We’re blessed, so you could be a blessing and really just trying to live the talk that everybody else talks about. My hat’s off to everybody who can sit on a podcast and tell you what you should be doing. We just want to take it one step further and really offer it up for the community. And hopefully, the community offers that love back

These artists get to this stage, but there’s also the component of being in the press and on the cover of a magazine. They’ll get an episode in the series on BET, that specifically tells their story. How hard is it to manage their production of a tour and the other pieces of their story as forms of content?

It’s definitely quite a feat when you think about what we are setting out to do. But it’s all about hard work. Also, showing the artists that this ain’t gonna be no cakewalk, if you got that superstar energy, then this tour is for you. It’s showing these artists what it takes to become Beyonce and Drake and Michael Jackson and Usher, and all the people that we love. Those are some of the hardest-working people that I have ever witnessed. So, we just hopefully cultivate that energy from the beginning and we get to see these artists become.

This tour is also giving the information and details needed to the rising professionals and musicians. Is there a core set of details, principles, or beliefs that you want to install in these audiences as you move around the country?

Everybody always wants to know the secret to success and it really is like embodying superstar energy. I mean, that’s why we call it Future Superstar because those two words highlight that this generation truly is the future. As cliche as that sound, it’s what you embody on the inside. You don’t just have to be in front of the camera or on the mic. You could be a superstar lawyer or PR director. It’s about having it within and then pushing it forth to let you know that you’re the best.

Visual Portfolio, Posts & Image Gallery for WordPress

You’re going to 24 cities and you’re basically doing it in a month. In consideration of your personal well-being, how do you actually prepare for this tour?

Man, it’s really about just getting to that space of being in the flow, cause you gotta make sure your health and wellness are number one to be able to pull something like this off. But then, at the same time, there’s no room for low frequency, you know what I mean? There’s no room. It’s about bandwidth and management when you trying to pull off something this big/

You’re going to be hosting each night, but is there a chance that you can slide a song into the night somewhere?

You never know. I got all my bag of tricks with me. I’m the DJ for the entire tour, for all of the acts. So I’m going to be dropping stuff like crazy. And then, obviously, the jokes are just in me. That’s what I do. I’m a host, so I’m going to make sure everybody feels comfortable. Earlier in the night, when we do the seminars and everything, that’s really when I’m putting my one-on-one interview skills to the test. So you going to see everything I got.

After multiple sold-out shows Future will hit the road with a New Line Up, which includes Don Toliver, G Herbo, Mariah the Scientist, and Dess Dior.

After a three-year hiatus, Future hit the road for his Future and Friends “One Big Party” Tour this January. With the enormous global success of his last two albums, Future had a new catalog to perform for his undeniably loyal Hendrix Army. The multi-talented entertainer, songwriter, and (Freebandz) Music Executive was ready to celebrate his success with his fans. He also wanted to allow up-and-coming artists to shine via his massive audience. Along with newcomers, superstar artists such as Kodak Black, Lil Durk, Jeezy Polo G, Est Gee, and more were all part of the lineup. Adding a familiar electrifying energy in each arena, hometown stars in each city also performed.  It was magical and the perfect time to celebrate what has been a monumental streak of success for Future.

Screen Shot 2023 02 22 at 3.27.02 PM

No one had a more impactful year than Future. The hip-hop icon’s “I Never Liked You” album was the highest-selling album in 2022. Future is the only artist to chart a song every week in 2022. In addition, he was Variety Magazine’s Collaborator of the year for his work with Tems, Lil Baby, Drake, and more. “I Never Liked You” surpassed one billion Spotify streams. On the personal side, his non-profit foundation, Freewishes, was recognized as one of the country’s leading philanthropic organizations servicing the youth, senior citizen community, and families in need. Indeed, there has been a lot to celebrate for the legendary artist and his Freebandz label and team.

The “One Big Party Tour” transformed into an opportunity for Future to connect with his fans on a personal level. Still, he was taken aback by all the love and support from his fanbase. The shows sold out, and the fans showed out.

“The One Big Party Tour has been life-changing,” said Future.  “It helps me connect with my fans in ways that are unimaginable. The success and energy from the shows brought such excitement that I want to continue this tour for my fans in more cities. I want to create an experience that forever stays in their memories. I will continue to expand by touring for all my fans around the world and elevate my shows across the globe each time I go out. I’m thankful to my fans for their priceless love and unconditional support! Let’s win again together as ONE.—”

The One Big Party Tour is brought to you by AG Entertainment.

This year the line-up is bigger than ever with a rich hip-hop offering as well as some of the electric dance world’s biggest names.

The gods of rap, as the legendary Wu-Tang Clan are known, will headline a grand celebration of 50 years of hip-hop at the EXIT Festival! Also playing is Stockholm producer and DJ Alesso who didn’t take long to achieve global fame with his second single, “Calling (Losing My Mind)“ with One Republic and Swedish House Mafia reaching the top of Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Songs list.
