Lifebeat Music Fights HIV/AIDS is a nonprofit organization founded in 1992.Its dedicated to educating young adults from ages 13-29 about HIV/AIDS prevention.Their strategy wields  the talents and resources of the music industry to deliver HIV/AIDS and STDs awareness messages through broadcast, print, social and digital media, and distributes educational literature and condoms at concert venues, music festivals, clubs and other events. Lifebeat also provides quality of life services and support, such as musical performances, for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families. They recently held a show on Friday, June 27th at Williamsburg Music Hall, which featured artist like Po Jhonson, Bodega Bamz, Flatbush Zombiez and A$AP Ferg. It was a free show, but people that were granted entry had to be tested prior to the event. KYSS (know your status stage) placed trucks in various locations around NYC, between the dates of June 2nd to June 19th. They even had the artist share it on their social media, which was a good way to encourage fans to get tested and be aware of their status.

Flatbush Zombies sure know how to get a crowd going. As soon as they appeared on stage the crowd went wild, in the midst of a couple songs, wait for it…

Meech Crowd surfed and by the looks of it, you can tell this isn’t something random they do in their concerts because the fans were definitely thrilled with it.

And last but not least, A$AP Ferg brought the show to a close. Having the crowd chant his signature “Trap Lord”. Then performing a couple songs off his last mixtape along side with popular single “Hella Hoes”.
